Position: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Area Manager to oversee operations and business performance within a designated region. This role involves driving the growth of our brand, fostering relationships, and ensuring optimal product availability and service quality across the area. The Territory Area Manager will work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to enhance overall operational efficiency and deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the performance of the assigned region, ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand presence and market penetration within the area.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local organizations.
  • Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high levels of engagement, motivation, and performance.
  • Resolve any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular assessments of competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week
